Brand Strategy. Visual Identity. Design Systems

Brand Strategy, Visual Identity and Design Systems for ON-RAMP, a New York State ESD funded regional initiative and workforce training center designed to expand equitable access to high skill, high demand career pathways.

Latest project: brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems for ON-RAMP, New York State’s flagship workforce initiative now launching its first training cohort in Syracuse NY, ON-RAMP CNY.

ON-RAMP is building a coordinated pathway into advanced manufacturing, building trades, and adjacent high-demand careers, with programming running through June 2026 and a goal of preparing ~150 residents to earn industry-recognized credentials. The work is happening now, and the permanent home is coming to 1300 S. Salina Street, the former Sears building.

The project focused on turning the mission into a scalable system that can live in the real world, beginning with a full brand strategy foundation, then translating it into a clear design language, supporting visuals, templates, design systems, and UI guidelines, plus a brand personality and tone system that helps the team communicate with warmth, credibility, and momentum across partners, programs, and future locations.

Recipient: ONRAMP CNY
