[LATEST PROJECT / Event Marketing] 🎉🔥 Fireside by the River restaurant Grand Opening, Baldwinsville, NY 🎉 A successful brand repositioning and event marketing initiative. This one was an absolute blast! The client, the team, the food – top-notch! 🔥😉

Working closely with the Fireside staff, we hit the ground running with a tight turnaround timeframe! It was a privilege helping the restaurant create an unforgettable experience!

The goal:

✅ To create a great event!
✅ And to stress and evaluate operational procedures and systems, offering valuable insights for Fireside’s continuous improvement. Every aspect of the event was planned not only to celebrate with the guests but also to serve as a testing ground for operational efficiency.

✅ Brand Positioning: Through intentional storytelling, imagery and brand narrative we set a clear course for Fireside to establish a distinct and compelling brand identity.

✅ Social Media-Centric Promo: Compelling stories, engaging posts, repurposed content, and reels. Prompt and proactive engagement with the audience. We created a ton of content!!!

✅ Media and Influencer Collaborations: Our success was further amplified by amazing partnerships with Coast Two Coast Eats❤️ and The Syracuse Eating Club❤️ who brought the event to the attention of a wider audience, while media mentions on syracuse.com, News Channel 9, InformNNY, and LocalSyr.com furthered additional exposure.

✅ Community: Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce and CenterState CEO were part of the ribbon-cutting! Two great organizations! 🙏

✅ Grand Opening Event: Menu samplings. Wine and bourbon tastings featuring local distributors like 1911 Established. Live Music. And of course, Vincent Mangan as a guest bartender! Amazing and good guy!💯🙂

Reservations: With over 90% occupancy on a rolling 2-week basis
Web Traffic: 455.9% increase in web traffic.
Social Media Engagement: Across Facebook and Instagram, our presence saw exponential growth, with page visits increasing by 225.9%, engagement by 2.3K%, new follows by 1.8K%, and overall engagement on Instagram jumping by 3.6K%.
